Nutella Cookie Cups

All you Nutella lovers, here is another fantastic recipe for cookie cups. A delicious cookie crust filled with creamy Nutella. Do I need to say any more. So easy to make, yet so delicious!!!!

Ingredients:

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Jar of Nutella ( 2 teaspoons per batch)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Grease mini muffin tins
3. In a large mixing bowl combine the butter and both sugars and beat until fluffy and smooth. Add the eggs and the vanilla and mix until incorporated
4. In a bowl add the flour, baking soda, and salt then whisk until combined
5. Gradually add the flour mixture into the butter mixture and mix until incorporated
6. Roll the dough into 1.5 inch balls, about 1 Tablespoon, then place the balls into the mini muffin tins and bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown, not dark around edges
7. When done, let cool for 2 minutes then with a shot glass, or back of a spoon, make a well into each cookie cup, add 1 Tablespoon of Nutella into each cup and it will start to melt, so you can make it smooth and swirl it around. Let cool 15-20 minutes in pan then remove and Enjoy!!!!
