1 bag of tater tots
For the Toppings:
1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, your choice if you like more cheese recipe calls for 1 1/2 cup
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked, drained, diced, then set aside( or Real Bacon Bits)
1/4 cup scallions
Salt and pepper
For The Ranch Dressing:
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup milk
1. Cook frozen tater tots according to directions on package.
2. On a cookie sheet spread 3/4 cup sour cream then arrange the cooked tater tots evenly on top of sauce, drizzle remaining sauce on top of tots, then cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon, salt and pepper and bacon. Heat on low broil until cheese is bubby brown, and melted..
