London Broil With Garlic And Parsley Sauce

This London Broil us topped off with a fresh tasting sauce with a little kick, perfect for a London Broil that sometimes can get dried out, it brings the meat to a new level. My family loves it and I am sure yours will to. Enjoy!!!



Ingredients:


1-2 pound piece of flat iron, flank, or top round London broil steak
1/2 cup minced flat leaf parsley
1/4 cup minced red onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/4 teaspoon salt, divided
1 1/4 teaspoon pepper, divided
1/8-1/4 red pepper flakes, depending on how hot you like it



Directions:

1. In a bowl combine parsley, red onion, garlic cloves, red wine vinegar, olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine and set aside.
2. Grill steak over high heat, depending on thickness about 4-5 minutes per side. After meat is done  cooking set out on a dish, cover entire piece of meat with sauce and let rest for 10 minutes then, Enjoy!!!
