Fudge Brownies With Peanut Butter Chips
These brownies are so simple but yet so delicious. You only need a few ingredients, only one bowl, no mixer needed, and done in just minutes. Perfect for last minute dessert, with just the addition of the peanut butter chips makes these perfect.
1 box Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix
1/4 cup water
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter chips ( if you like more add 1 1/2 cups)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and using a 9x9 inch glass or metal baking pan, line with parchment paper and spray the bottom with cooking spray, leaving an overhang so it is easy to pull brownies out of pan.
2. In a large bowl add brownie mix, water, oil and eggs and whisk until all is combined. Fold in the peanut butter chips and pour into the pan. Bake for 38-40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
3. Cool on counter, cut into bars and serve. Store in a airtight container.
