Avocado Banana Smoothie


My family always has smoothies every day. This one became a favorite for all of us. Smoothies are perfect in the morning if you do not want a breakfast but need something to keep you going for a few hours. Or in the middle of the day for a quick pick me up. I always add either flax seed or chia seeds to my smoothies, it is not in the recipe but just add 1 teaspoon every time you make an smoothie.


Ingredients: For 2 Large Glasses

1 cup fresh chopped spinach
1 banana, frozen
1 avocado, pit removed and cut in chunks
1 cup coconut water
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice



Directions:

1. Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. If desired you can add a little ice
