Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies

These moist and delicious red velvet brownies are perfect with a cream cheese swirl, easy dessert that everyone will enjoy!!!

Ingredients For The Brownies:

1 stick butter ( 8 tablespoons) melted plus more for greasing pan
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon red food coloring
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
2 large eggs
3/4 cup all purpose flour

For The Cheesecake Filling:

8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
3 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg yolk


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an 8x8 square pan with parchment paper and leave a overhang on 2 sides for easy lifting, and grease with butter
2. In a large bowl add the melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, red food coloring and salt, whisk to combine then stir in the white vinegar.
3. In a small bowl whisk together the eggs, then stir them into the brownie batter until combined, stir in the flour, and stir just until combined, pour the batter into the prepared pan, reserving 1/4 cup f the batter for the topping
4. Using a large bowl beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk until smooth and combined.
5. Spread the cream cheese in a even layer over the brownie mixture in the pan, then top the cream cheese with dollops of the remaining brownie batter.
6. Bake for 30 minutes, remove from the oven let cool completely, then using the overhang lift the brownies out of the pan. Cut into bars, Enjoy!!
