Caramel Apple Bundt Cake



A moist cake with caramelized apples that everyone will love. 




CARAMELIZED APPLES
  1. 2 cups chopped apples
  2. 1 tablespoon butter
  3. 1 tablespoon brown sugar
LAND O LAKES BUTTER CAKE
  1. 3 cups all-purpose flour
  2. 2 teaspoons baking powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  4. 2 cups sugar
  5. 1 cup Butter, softened
  6. 4 Eggs
  7. 2 teaspoons vanilla
  8. 1 cup milk
  9. Microwaveable caramel




CARAMELIZED APPLES
  1. Add the chopped apples, butter and brown sugar.
  2. Saute for about 10 minutes or until the apples are soft and the sugar has caramelized.
BUTTER CAKE
  1. Add all of the ingredients together and mix.
  2. Preheat the over to 350.
  3. Spray and flour the bundt pan.
  4. Add the caramelized apples to the bottom of the bundt pan.
  5. Cover with the butter cake mix.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Melt your caramel in the microwave until it comes out smooth.
  8. Drizzle it over the cool cake.
  9. Enjoy!
