Blueberry Pancakes



These are the perfect recipe delicious Blueberry Pancakes..So easy to make with ingredients you already have in your pantry. These come out nice and fluffy, just the way a pancake should be. Topped off with extra blueberries and warm syrup..Yumm!!!!



Ingredients: Makes 6 pancakes

1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoons white sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 Tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 cup frozen blueberries, thawed or 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
More blueberries to top off pancakes


Directions:


1. In a large mixing bowl sift together the flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar
2. In a small bowl beat together the egg and the milk
3. Whisk the egg/milk mixture into the flour mixture, then stir until combined. Stir in the melted butter, and fold in the blueberries. Set aside for 1 hour
4. When batter is ready heat a lightly oiled griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat, pour the pancake mix onto the griddle using about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Cook pancakes until nice deep golden brown color on one side, flip pancakes only once, then cook on the other side the same way. Top with warm syrup and more blueberries..Enjoy!!!
