Angel Food Cake With Fresh Whipped Cream And Berries
Oh do I love this dessert and every time I serve it, no leftovers. This recipe actually is made with a store bought angel food cake, homemade whipped cream and berries. How simple is that, sometimes it is just as simple as doctoring up a store cake. And it turns out to be amazing, instead of making from scratch..Why not, right? Looks beautiful too..
1 Angel Food Cake ( pre made from store)
Fresh Strawberries, Blueberries, And Raspberries
Homemade Whipped Topping Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions For Whipped Cream:
1. In a large mixing bowl add the heavy cream, beat on high, add the powdered sugar and vanilla and beat until soft but stiff peaks form.
1. Place your angel food cake on a platter, evenly place all of the whipped topping on the top of the cake. Place berries on the top and around the platter. That's all..Enjoy!!!
