Vitamin C Booster Smoothie

Perfect smoothie for the morning to keep you going for the day, or if you are feeling a little cold coming on, make one of these to try to boost your vitamin C..Easy to make and tastes great too!!

Ingredients: Makes 2 1/2 cups

1/2 orange peeled and de-segmented
2 regular carrots, peeled, washed and chopped
1 large apple, cored and chopped
1 cup water
1 cup of ice


1. Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, drink immediately
