Broccoli Salad

A delicious salad that has loads of flavor and crunch in every bite. Then the dressing has Greek yogurt flavored with spices. The perfect salad everyone will love. Great for dinner or parties.


8 ounces Farfalle pasta
6 slices bacon, diced
1 head broccoli, cut into florets and finely chopped
2 cups red seedless grapes, halved
1/3 red onion, diced
1/4 cup chopped pecans

For The Dressing:

1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
 kosher salt and pepper


1. To make the dressing, whisk together the greek yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, thyme, salt and pepper. Whisk together and place in a mason jar or small bowl..
2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according  to directions on package. Drain well and set aside
3. In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat cook the bacon about 6-7 minutes until brown and crispy, after done cooking transfer to a paper towel lined plate.
4. In a large bowl combine bacon, pasta, broccoli, grapes, red onion, pecans, and toss with the greek dressing. Serve immediately. Or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
