Honey Lime Chicken Skewers
This is a easy and delicious meal that can be on your plate in 30 minutes. Perfect grilling dish for spring and summer. It has a hint of sweet and spicy kick to the chicken that everyone will enjoy..
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tablespoons honey
1 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-2 teaspoons Siracha
2 Tablespoons Cilantro, minced
Red pepper flakes, to taste
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2 inch chunks
Skewers, If wooden, soak in water for 10 minutes
1. In a large ziploc bag place all ingredients for the marinade. Cut the chicken and place in bag for 30 minutes.
2. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers and place on a hot grill or grill pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until juices run clear.
3. Eat with rice on the side and enjoy!!!
