Banana Cream Fudge

This rich and creamy banana fudge has a cookie crumb crust with a banana pudding, sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips and fluff in the center, right there is perfect for me, but we go another step and add melted white chocolate and sprinkles on top and that is a perfect fudge, great for Easter or anytime. Make sure while you are mixing the pudding mix that you stir well to make sure it is all dissolved. Very simple to make in just minutes, then  wait for it to set. Thats the hardest part..Enjoy!!!

Ingredients:

For The Crust:

2 cups Oreo's ( crushed in food processor)
5 Tablespoons melted butter

For The Filling:

3 cups white chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons butter
1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
1 box ( 3.4 ounce) instant banana cream pudding mix
1 jar ( 7 ounce) marshmallow cream

For The Topping:

1/4 cup white chocolate chips, melted
1/4-1/2 cup multi colored sprinkles

Directions:

1. Line a 8x8 square pan with parchment paper. Combine the crushed cookie crumbs and melted butter and press down firmly into the pan. Set aside
2. In a large sauce pan or small pot combine the white chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk and on medium heat stir until melted and smooth. Add the pudding mix and whisk for 2 minutes until fully incorporated, yo do not want it gritty so make sure it is mixed in well. Spoon in the marshmallow cream and stir until melted and smooth again. Pour on top of the crust evenly and refrigerate for a few hours or until hard.
3. Remove from refrigerator then remove from pan and cut into about 40 small squares. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and top with sprinkles. Store in loosely sealed container for about 4-5 days, no need to refrigerate.
