Peach Raspberry Ice Tea

This Peach Raspberry Ice Tea is pure refreshing. It is made with Avage Nectar ( a natural sweetener) Tea Bags, fresh peaches and raspberries and fresh mint. A healthy and delicious drink for the spring and summer. Great for your Mothers Day Brunch to serve!!!!

  • Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries, ( The 1/2 cup is for garnish)
  • 3 peaches, sliced, ( The 1 peach is for garnish)
  • 3 tablespoons agave nectar, you can add more for your desire of sweetness
  • 2 Tea Bags 
  • Fresh Mint leaves, for garnish
  • 1. Boil 4 cups of water, place tea bags in hot water and steep for about 30 minutes, then discard tea bags and let cool.
  • 2. Combine 2 sliced peaches, 1 1/2 cups raspberries and agave nectar in blender or food processor until smooth; strain through cheesecloth or fine sieve.
  • 3. In a large pitcher, pour raspberry peach mixture and brewed tea then whisk together until combined.  Place in refrigerator until completely chilled.
  • 4. Slice The remaining 1 peach,  keep the 1/2 cup raspberries whole, and some mint leaves for garnish. Set aside. 
  • 5. Pour drink in glass over ice, place raspberries, peach slices and mint leaves in the glass for garnish and serve.
