Churro Pretzels

Cinnamon and Sugar Churro Pretzels are a snack that are good and you cannot eat just one. This mixture is the perfect amount to cover these little beauties. Serve at home, take some on the road for snacking, camping or have out for parties, everyone will love these!!

  • 9 cups pretzels (about 1 bag of the minis)
  • 1 1/2 cups cinnamon chips 
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup plus 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • parchment or wax paper for cooling on cookie sheets
  1. Measure out the pretzels in a very large bowl.
  2. In a medium bowl , combine the powdered sugar, sugar and cinnamon and stir until even. set aside.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat add the cinnamon chips and butter to and stir constantly until melted and smooth,  then remove from heat and quickly pour over the pretzels. Then a large wooden spoon or rubber spatula, fold the cinnamon mixture over the pretzels until evenly coated.
  4. Then pour in the powdered sugar mixture and fold again. Then spread out the pretzels on the parchment or wax paper lined cookie sheets to cool. Store in airtight container. Enjoy!!!
