Guacamole Dip

This is the best guacamole ever. Creamy, with a fresh taste from the limes, tomatoes, a dash of cayenne pepper or tabasco, red onion and cilantro. A simple easy to make Cinco De Mayo appetizer to go with your meal. It is FRESH guacamole with as many ingredients from the garden as possible. The tabasco or cayenne pepper is that ingredient , that makes this guacamole stand out from the rest. Enjoy!!!

  • 3 avocados
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1-2 jalapeƱos, seeded and finely chopped, if you keep the seeds in it will be hotter, depends on what you like. (I used 1 jalapeƱo)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 1/2 limes juiced
  • 4-5 shakes green Tabasco sauce (or few dashes cayenne pepper)
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Fresh cracked pepper, to taste
Instructions
  • Pit avocados and mash in a bowl or mortar and pestle. If you like your guacamole  kind of chunky coarsely chop with a fork. Stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed. Serve immediately or place in bowl with plastic wrap directly on top of guacamole to prevent from browning..
