3 ( 15.25 ounce) cans whole kernel corn ( you can even mix yellow and white corn if you like)
1 cup milk
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
1 stick butter, cubed
1. Place corn in the slow cooker, add the milk, sugar, pepper and stir.
2. Place on top of the corn the cream cheese and butter, do not stir.
3. Cook on high for 3 hours, uncover, stir the butter and the cream cheese then cover and cook for additional 15 minutes. Enjoy!!!
