Seven Layer Party Dip Cups


Everyone loves a layered dip. So simple, you layer all of the ingredients into the bowl, looks great and we all enjoy it..But having your own individual cups for the night is the perfect way to serve these, and you do not have to worry about double dippers!!! Put these on a platter and wow your guests with these yummy seven layer party dip cups!!!



Ingredients:

1 can refried beans
1 package taco seasoning
1 cup guacamole ( about 2-3 avocados, taken out of the skin and diced, then mix till creamy with a fork) or you can use store bought
1 container sour cream
1 cup chunky salsa ( you can use mild, medium or hot)
1 cup Mexican blend cheese, shredded ( or cheddar if you prefer)
3 Roma tomatoes, diced and seeded
4 scallions, sliced thinly
1 small can sliced black olives, drained
8-10 clear plastic tumblers ( you can get at the dollar store)
Tortilla Chips, blue or white

1. In a small bowl add the taco seasoning mix to the refried beans and mix until combined..

To Assemble:

Starting from the bottom up, adding a few tablespoons of each

Layer 1: Beans
Layer 2: Guacamole
Layer 3: Sour Cream
Layer 4: Salsa
Layer 5: Cheese
Layer 6: Tomatoes
Layer 7: Olives and Green Onion
Garnish with tortilla chips and serve!!!
