  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • Streusel Topping Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup smooth peanut butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup all purpose or whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8x5" loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer , beat butter and sugar until creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in bananas, eggs, milk and vanilla until combined.
  3. Add flours, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and stir until just combined. Spread into loaf pan and set aside.
  4. For The Streusel Topping: In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, and flour. Add just enough oil to make it crumbly like a streusel (I use my hands, or pastry cutter) Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Sprinkle evenly on top of batter in loaf pan and press down gently.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
