Reese's Peanut Butter Brownies
It can't get any better than these creamy brownies, layered with a brownie, peanut butter and cream cheese filling, chocolate topping, and peanut butter cups on top..You will love these..The best brownies ever!!
Ingredients:
1 ( 19.5 ounce) box fudge brownie mix
1 ( 8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 ( 14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
12 ounce of Reese's pieces candy
12 ounce bag milk chocolate chips
3 Tablespoons heavy cream
12 large Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, cut into fourth's
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease 13x9 inch baking dish and in a medium bowl make brownie mix following directions on the box, then pour mixture into the prepared pan and set aside
2. In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy, add sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter and beat until smooth. Stir in the Reese's Pieces candy and pour over the brownie mixture and spread evenly with offset spatula or knife.
3. Bake for 30-40 minutes until cheesecake layer is set and edges are golden brown. And the brownie looks cooked. Check with a toothpick, insert into brownie and if it comes out clean it's done. When done baking set out on counter for 30 minutes. Then place in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
4. In a small microwave bowl combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream and melt in microwave for 30 second intervals, stirring each time until smooth and melted. Spread over the peanut butter cheesecake layer, then sprinkle the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups over the top and place in refrigerator. When ready to eat cut into bars and enjoy!!!!
