A super delicious and healthy smoothie that the entire family will love. The great thing about Chia Seeds is that it actually keeps you full for hours.
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
3 Tablespoons Almond Butter or Peanut Butter
1 large ripe banana
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon Honey
Directions:
1. Pour almond milk into blender, add Chia Seeds and let sit for 5 minutes, then add in almond butter, cubed banana, honey and some ice if you like it thicker. Blend until smooth and enjoy!!!
