As you all know I love to make Muddy Mix, I try to come up with my favorite flavors, and this one is a huge hit. It tastes just like a banana cream pie. So delicious, coated cereal in white chocolate and banana cream pie pudding mix, then bite size pieces of graham crackers..Perfect match, you have to make..
Ingredients
- 6 cups Rice Chex Cereal
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 4 Tablespoons (instant) banana cream pudding mix
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 8 sheets of graham crackers, broken into little pieces
Instructions:
- Place the Chex cereal in a large bowl, set aside.
- In a large zip close bag combine the banana cream pudding mix with the powdered sugar. Shake to combine.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring each time. Pour over the cereal and stir to coat. Add the coated cereal to the bag of powdered sugar and shake, shake, shake until coated.
- Spread out on a wax paper lined baking sheet. Scatter the broken graham crackers all over the muddy buddies. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
