Ingredients:

10 Tablespoons butter ( 1 1/4 sticks)
1 1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder ( dutch or natural)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cold large eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 1/4 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup salted almonds, rough chopped

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper or foil and make an overhang on 2 sides, so it is easy for pulling it out of the pan.
2. Combine the butter, sugar ,cocoa, and salt in a heatproof bowl or saucepan. Set the bowl on top of another pot of simmering pot of water to create a  ( double boiler). Whisk the butter, until melted then and the mixture is smooth and hot. Remove the bowl and set aside and cool for 10 minutes
3. Using a wooden spoon or spatula stir in the vanilla, and then the eggs, one at a time whisking vigorously between each addition. Once the batter looks blended shiny and thick, stir in the flour until fully incorporated. Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan.
4. Bake the brownies for 15-20 minutes, until the toothpick comes out clean, it's okay to have few moist crumbs, remove the brownies from the oven immediately and sprinkle with chocolate chips, marshmallows, and salted almonds. Return the brownies to the oven for 5 minutes until marshmallows start to melt. Remove brownies from the oven and let cool completely on a wire rack.
Using the overhang lift the brownies out of the pan and cut into bars.
