Pantry Essentials For Baking
Hi everyone I wanted to give you a list of everything I have in my pantry at all times, if you keep mostly or all of these ingredients you can always whip up a recipe if you need in a hurry or just have a day you want to bake, with these staples you can make a recipe, from my posts or your own recipes. I always have these on hand and believe me, even more, I have an entire baking closet with 6 shelves filled to the top with baking essentials. These are just some ingredients, their are many more to create a recipe but this is a start. You do not have to run to the store to buy all of these today but little by little start yourself a little baking pantry and lets all bake and enjoy what we can all create..
For Baking:
Butter
Eggs
Peanut Butter, almond Butter, etc.
Honey
Vanilla, almond, and any types of extracts you like
cake box mixes, chocolate, vanilla, white, golden butter recipe, etc.
Baking ingredients: Flour (all-purpose, whole wheat, cake, presto,self-rising), sugar, brown sugar, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda, extracts, yeast, cornstarch
Shortening,vegetable oil, olive oil, coconut oil,
Chocolate chips, chocolate chunks, white chips, butterscotch chips
Oatmeal, Quick Instant and Reguar Oats, flax seed, chia seed
Evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, milk
Buttermilk
Sprinkles all types and colors
Boxed Brownie Mix
Nuts, walnuts, pecans, almonds, etc.
Cooking Spray
Parchment Paper
Coconut
Dried Fruits of all kinds, apricots, cranberries, etc.
Cinnamon, salt
Apples, bananas
Marshmallows, large and small
Caramel and chocolate sauce
frosting in a can, for quick cake
light and dark corn syrup
Unsweetened and Sweetened Cocoa powder
pudding in a box
key lime juice
meringue powder
cupcake wrappers, all your bakeware,
the most important is to have a great stand mixer or a hand mixer will be great also
