Buffalo Wing Pretzels











These Buffalo Wing Pretzels are so good with the addition of hot sauce, butter, onion and garlic powder. The crispy pretzels with a kick of heat. Then bring these up to even more amazing is to make the homemade blue cheese dressing  ( recipe here on this page) and carrots and celery on the side, perfection. No need to go purchase these at the store when you can make these right from home and by eating these delicious pretzels in less than 1 hour. So simple to make.

My family loves anything with hot sauce, and I came across this pretzel recipe and made them, not once but a lot, I will just tell you that. We love these, you can make these in less than 30-35 minutes and start enjoying. These are perfect for home, parties, bring some in a Baggie for a the road to snack on. Enjoy!!




Ingredients For Pretzels: 
  • ½ cup Franks buffalo wing sauce 
  • ½ cup butter 
  • 1Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoon garlic owder
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt 
  • 16 oz bag pretzel sticks
  • blue cheese dressing for dipping

Directions For Pretzels:
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees 
  2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper
  3. In a small saucepan pour in wing sauce, butter and Worcestershire sauce and melt on low heat.
  4. Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
  5. Place the bag of pretzels into in a large bowl.
  6. Pour the wing sauce mixture over the pretzels and toss with tongs until all pretzels are evenly coated.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Serve with blue cheese dressing for dipping, if desired.
  1. Combine all the ingredients in blender, reserving about half of the blue cheese crumbles for later.
  2. Blend just until blue cheese crumbles are broken down.
  3. Stir in remaining blue cheese crumbles and place in mason jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Lasts up to one week in refrigerator.


Ingredients For Blue Cheese Dressing If Desired:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup buttermilk
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 4 oz blue cheese (or Gorgonzola) crumbles
Directions For Blue Cheese Dressing:
  1. Combine all the ingredients in blender, reserving about half of the blue cheese crumbles for later.
  2. Blend just until blue cheese crumbles are broken down.
  3. Stir in remaining blue cheese crumbles and place in mason jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Lasts up to one week in refrigerator.
