Green Healthy Smoothie

This nutritious and delicious smoothie is packed with fruit and veggies to keep the entire family healthy. A great way to get your some good stuff into your kids..So simple to make every morning.




Ingredients:


3/4 of a large banana, cut into chunks
7 large strawberries
1 large orange, peeled and cut into chunks
2 cups of spinach
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup of ice


Directions:

1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender, I have a powerful one, so it works quickly, blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy!! Can be stored in refrigerator if you do not use all at once.
