Cheesy Ranch Tater Tots

You can clean your plate clean with these yummy tater tots. I even add cooked bacon to mine at the end. "Bacon makes everything taste better". Simple, inexpensive side dish that your family will love.




Ingredients:

1 bag of tater tots


For the Toppings:

1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, your choice if you like more cheese recipe calls for 1 1/2 cup
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked, drained, diced, then set aside( or Real Bacon Bits)
1/4 cup scallions
Salt and pepper

For The Ranch Dressing:

1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup milk



Directions:


1. Cook frozen tater tots according to directions on package.
2. On a cookie sheet spread 3/4 cup sour cream then arrange the cooked tater tots evenly on top of sauce, drizzle remaining sauce on top of tots, then cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, bacon, salt and pepper and bacon. Heat on low broil until cheese is bubby brown, and melted..
