- This chicken smothered in creamy and rich spinach artichoke sauce, made with garlic, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, a hint of red pepper flakes and the spinach and artichokes just gives this dish bold flavor, texture and an amazing flavor. This is a perfect quick and easy weeknight meal to put together, also I have some family over for dinner at times this would also make a great dinner for a crowd, just double, triple recipe and everyone can enjoy. Add the two together and you have an amazing dinner that everyone will love. The combination of garlic, spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, parm cheese, and sour cream work so well with this seared chicken.
