This delicious easy cake is perfect for birthday cakes or if you need to make something quick for a dessert. Everyone will love this one!!!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed
1 tub ( 8 ounce) cool whip, thawed and divided
1 package 3.9 ounce chocolate instant pudding
16 Oreos Cookies, chopped and divided about 2 cups
12 ice cream sandwiches
Directions:
1. Whisk fudge topping mix, cooled the cool whip in a medium bowl until combined then add the dry pudding mix and whisk until totally smooth about 2 minutes, stir in 1 cup of the cookies
2. Arrange 4 ice cream sandwiches, side by side, on a 24 inch long piece of foil, on a platter, cover with half of the cool whip mixture, repeat layers, then on top place the remaining sandwiches, frost with remaining cool whip, top with the remaining cookies on the top and sides. Wrap loosely with foil and freeze for 4 hours.
