These yummy kabobs, have a delicious marinate, then some yummy veggies. Perfect for any day of the year.
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast ( cut into bite size pieces)
2 medium zucchini ( cut into chunks)
2 cups pineapple chunks
2 red onions ( cut into chunks)
2 red bell peppers ( cut into chunks)
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon your favorite hot sauce
1 dash salt and pepper

Directions
- Heat grill or grill pan on medium heat, assemble chicken, zucchini, pineapple, onion and pepper chunks onto skewers and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl mix ketchup, maple syrup, worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce, keep half of the sauce for later and brush the rest onto skewers.
- Grill each side about four min or until chunks are lightly charred and chicken is cooked through, then brush rest of sauce onto skewers and enjoy.
