Here is the ultimate healthy cookie that has NO SUGAR, raisins, oatmeal, applesauce, and bananas. That is why they are called breakfast cookie. Will keep you going all day, loaded with fiber. So simple to make, no mixer needed here.
Ingredients:
3 Ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup applesauce
2 cups quick cooking oats
1/4 cup skim milk, if desired I am sure you can use 2 percent or whole milk, or almond milk
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients, let stand for 5-10 minutes until oats get hydrated from the mixture.
2. Grease a cookie sheet and using a heaping teaspoon drop onto cookie sheet and bake 15-20 minutes until cookies are set and slightly golden on outside.
