This is my families favorite smoothie. Tastes just like an apple pie on a glass. So good for you and this will replace breakfast for you if your on the go. The kids love this one too.
Ingredients:
1 apple, cut in small slices, washed, not peeled
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1/2 cup Greek, plain yogurt
3 Tablespoons milk
1 cup ice
Cinnamon-Sugar mixture, sprinkled on top
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender ( except for cinnamon-sugar toppings). And blend until smooth.
After blended sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture on top if desired.
