Rotel Cups



This appetizer will be a huge hit at any party or for Super Bowl. So simple to make and the Rotel gives this a little kick, but not to spicy. Give this one a try, I am sure everyone will love it!!!


Ingredients:

3 packages phyllo dough cups, thawed
1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained almost all of the way
1 bag real bacon pieces
1 cup shredded swiss
1 cup mayonnaise
dash of salt and pepper



Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. And take out some baking sheets
2. Combine the Rotel tomatoes, bacon pieces, swiss, mayonnaise and salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix until all combined
3. With a teaspoon add the mixture into each cup, evenly. Then place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes and eat immediately.
